Minced hot pepper: after being cooked, we mince the hot peppers with aromatic herbs, red peppers and extra virgin olive oil, until we get a spreadable cream. It is decisively spicy and it has a vasodilator effect; for this, it is considered "aphrodisiac". The minced hot pepper is suited to a variety of uses in cooking, such as the use on croutons.
Hot pepper seasoning: we mince dried hot peppers and put them in extra virgin olive oil. The oil becomes very hot and one can use it as such. The subsequent addition of oil may renew its piquancy.
