Broad beans: They are directly cultivated in our company without the use of pesticides and fertilizers. The broad bean is a typical legume that grows wild in the Mediterranean area. It is mainly used in the South of Italy as a fresh or dried seed. Since the crop, we select only the best broad beans for our final product. In oil, they are a great condiment and / or appetizer, containing vitamins: B1, B2, PP, Beta Carotene, C. Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Sodium and Iron. As we can see, it is a complete food which was called the "poor man's meat" in ancient times.

Chicory: it grows in our company without the use of pesticides and fertilizers. The chicory is a wild plant spread throughout Europe. It is an integral part of the Mediterranean diet and very rich in calcium. Its use is widespread in Apulia.
