Apulian appetizer


It combines 7 typical vegetables from the southeast of Bari from the followings: eggplants, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, peppers, broad beans, cultivated mushrooms, marinated zucchini, wild onions (lampascioni), turnip greens. The result is a delicious mixture, which one could serve as a good appetizer or as a second dish for those who prefer the Mediterranean diet. We choose natural ingredients one by one and a good extra virgin olive oil (from Apulia) gives the product a tempting chromaticity and genuine and traditional taste-olfactory sensations.
