Zucchini

The zucchini are plants belonging to the family of Cucurbitaceae. As fresh, they contain vitamins B2, B1, C, provitamin A and PP. Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Sodium and Iron. In cooking, their use is frequent and their delicate taste is composed primarily of water (about 90%). Those suffering from blood glucose, gastritis and those with intestinal problems can use them. Use: as such, as an appetizer and as a side dish.
